INGREDIENTS
2 c shredded chicken
1/2 c G. Hughes Sugar Free Sweet & Spicy BBQ sauce
1 c baby arugula
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp Sauce Goddess Spicy BBQ Sweet Heat seasoning
1/4 c cotija cheese
1 tbsp hot & sweet jalapeños
3 Flatout Thin Pizza Crusts
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Mix 1/4 c BBQ sauce and chicken in a large bowl until combined.
Place Flatout pizza crusts on a sheet pan and spoon remaining BBQ sauce evenly on each piece.
Top flatouts with arugula, chicken, pepper, sea salt, Sweet Heat seasoning, cotija, and jalapeños.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the oven for around 5 minutes.
Let cool, then slice and enjoy!
