Philly Stuffed Bell Pepper
The classic stuffed pepper is such a great way to have lots of flavorful meals for the week and super easy to make.
Stuffed peppers have always been a favorite of mine for not only dinner, but an amazing recipe for meal preps. Red bell peppers are my favorite but green, yellow, and orange are just as flavorful. There are so many ways to stuff peppers, but Philly steak stuffed peppers are one of my favorites.
