Chocolate Raspberry Protein CAke Bites

MACROS (per serving) CAL 76 PROTEIN 3 g FAT 5 g CARBS 4 g
INGREDIENTS
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 tsp ground flax
2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp Bulletproof MCT oil
3.5 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
2 tsp gluten free almond flour
2 tsp raspberry jam
cacao nibs and sliced coconut for toppings
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Do not over mix so batter does not get too thick.
Spoon 1 tsp of mixture in mini muffin pan.
Top each bite with 1/4 tsp raspberry jam.
Place in oven and bake for about 5 minutes.
Top with cacao nibs and sliced coconut.
