Chocolate Raspberry Protein CAke Bites

Have a sweet tooth??? Then these Chocolate Raspberry Protein Cake Bites are just enough to fix that sweet tooth without all the guilt. With 3 g of protein and less than 1 g of sugar per bite, you can enjoy to treat yourself to these little sweet bites of heaven!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tsp ground flax

  • 2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp Bulletproof MCT oil

  • 3.5 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk

  • 2 tsp gluten free almond flour

  • 2 tsp raspberry jam

  • cacao nibs and sliced coconut for toppings

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Do not over mix so batter does not get too thick.

  4. Spoon 1 tsp of mixture in mini muffin pan.

  5. Top each bite with 1/4 tsp raspberry jam.

  6. Place in oven and bake for about 5 minutes.

  7. Top with cacao nibs and sliced coconut.
