Almond Butter & Banana Boats
Eating healthy and meal prepping doesn’t mean you cannot enjoy sweets! These Almond Butter and Banana Boats are so sweet and delicious and you don’t have to feel guilty about eating them. Just make ahead and keep in the freezer, then you have a healthy, sweet snack for those sweet tooth cravings.

INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
1/4 c almond butter
1 tsp agave
1 tsp coconut flakes, shredded
2 tsp chocolate sea salt granola
PREPARATION
Slice bananas in half, then slice those slices in half so you have eight total slices.
Mix almond butter and agave together, then spread on tops of banana slices.
Sprinkle coconut flakes and granola on top.
Place boats in freezer for around 8-9 minutes then enjoy!
