Avocado Toast With Hard Boiled Eggs

Avocado toast is such an easy and healthy breakfast meal prep idea. It can be topped with so many great foods and this avocado toast has hard boiled eggs and yummy seasonings. It can be made in minutes for an on the go breakfast option or even for a delicious midday snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread

  • 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced

  • 1/2 avocado, mashed

  • 1/4 lemon

  • 1/2 tsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

PREPARATION

  1. Place toast in toaster.

  2. Once bread is toasted, spread mashed avocado on both pieces.

  3. Top with sliced eggs.

  4. Sprinkle seasonings and drizzle lemon juice on top. Enjoy!
