1 c cauliflower rice
beef meatballs (see recipe in snacks)
1/2 Persian cucumber, sliced
1 radish, sliced
1/2 jalapeño, sliced
1 small carrot, sliced
Sriracha
everything but the bagel seasoning
PREPARATION
Place rice in meal prep bowl and add meatballs, cucumber, radish, and jalapeño.
Drizzle Sriracha on top and sprinkle with seasoning. Enjoy!!
