INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c old fashioned dry oats

  • 1/4 c cacao nibs

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tsp ground fiber

  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 3/4 c mixed nut butter

  • 1/2 c shredded unsweetened coconut

 

PREPARATION

1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

2. Form into balls and roll in shredded coconut.

3. Keep refrigerated.
