Breakfast Hashbrown Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c shredded hashbrowns, frozen

  • 2 c liquid egg whites

  • 1 c tri pepper mix

  • 1 c mexican cheese blend, shredded

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley

  • Coconut spray

 

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spray a baking dish with coconut spray and bake in oven for 10 minutes.

3. Top with extra parsley and Everything But the Bagel seasoning. Enjoy!!
