Cobb Chicken Salad Bowl
This Cobb Chicken Salad Bowl is full of flavor and not just any boring salad. It is sure to keep you full for hours with 77 g of protein per serving! INGREDIENTS
10 oz Wild Planet Organic Roasted Chicken Breast, canned
2 medium hard boiled eggs
1/4 c romaine lettuce
1/4 c steamed Jasmine rice
1/8 c Rotel tomatoes
1 tsp dried dill
2 tbsp Primal Kitchen Ranch
2 slices sugar free bacon, cooked and chopped
1 tbsp blue cheese
pickled red onions
PREPARATION
Rinse and drain chicken and add to a bowl.
Grate both eggs on a cheese grater and add next to chicken.
Next, add rice, tomatoes, and lettuce to bowl.
Top with ranch, bacon, dried dill, blue cheese, and pickled onions.
