Everything But The Bagel Smoked Turkey Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c mixed lettuces

  • 1/4 c kalamata olives, sliced

  • 1/4 c roasted red pepper, sliced

  • 8 slices smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 c mozzarella, diced

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 tsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

  • 1/2 lemon

PREPARATION

  1. Divide lettuces among 2 meal prep containers.

  2. Add olives, peppers, turkey, and mozzarella evenly to each container.

  3. Slice avocado and add on top of salad.

  4. Sprinkle Everything But The Bagel Seasoning on top and add a squeeze of lemon juice.
