Harissa Salmon

Salmon is such an easy meal prep idea and there are so many ways to cook salmon. This spicy Harissa Salmon recipe is ready in around 10 minutes and is a yummy meal prep idea. Using an Air Fryer helps make this meal prep healthy and delicious in minutes!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2, 4 oz salmon filets

  • 2 c green beans

  • 1 c jasmine rice

  • 1 tbsp Harissa paste

  • Sriracha & dried parsley for topping

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 400 F and set time for 10 minutes.

  2. Gently pat salmon filets dry and spoon Harissa paste on top.

  3. Add salmon filets to Air Fryer.

  4. While salmon cooks, add rice and green beans to microwave and cook for 3 minutes.

  5. Once rice and green beans have cooked, add evenly to meal prep containers.

  6. Add salmon filets to meal prep containers and top with Sriracha and parsley.

  7. Enjoy!!
