Feta Dill Chicken Burgers

These Feta Dill Chicken Burgers are loaded with PROTEIN with 23 g per burger. Pair with cucumber salad and butternut squash fries and you have a YUMMY and EASY meal prep. Cucumber Salad is full of flavor and easy to make. Just slice 1 large cucumber and add 1 teaspoon of fresh dill. Drizzle with lemon juice, mix well and let refrigerate over night.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 1/4 c feta crumbles

  • 1/4 c red onion, chopped

  • 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp oregano

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Evenly divide chicken into 4 burger patties and place on sheet pan.

  4. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until burgers reach an internal temperature of 165 F.

  5. Pair with cucumber salad and butternut squash fries.
