Hot Honey Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 salmon filets

  • 1 c green beans

  • 1 tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey

  • 1 tsp Sriracha

  • 2 tsp Irish butter

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 c jasmine rice

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 375 F.

  2. Wipe salmon filets with a paper towel and make sure each is dry.

  3. Add green beans and salmon to Air Fryer.

  4. Drizzle hot honey on each filet.

  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and basil.

  6. Top each filet with butter.

  7. Cook salmon and green beans for 12 minutes or until salmon reaches 145 F internal temperature.

  8. While cooking, add one bag of Trader Joe’s Jasmine Rice to microwave and cook for 3 minutes.

  9. Add 1/4 c jasmine rice to meal prep container.

  10. Add salmon and green beans to rice

  11. Drizzle Sriracha on top of filets.
