Breakfast Hash Brown Bowl

Breakfast is usually what most people say they do not have time for or just skip. I believe breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day because it fuels your body for your day ahead. This breakfast bowl can be made in minutes before a busy day, or simply prepped the night before and reheated in the microwave first thing. Breakfast doesn’t have to take a long time to make and this recipe is super fast and full of amazing flavors!

Ingredients

  • 1 c frozen shredded hash browns

  • 1 c frozen chopped spinach

  • 1.5 c egg whites, cooked

  • 1 tsp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 tsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Green Dragon Sauce (Trader Joe’s)

  • 1 tsp Red Chili Sauce (Trader Joe’s)

PREPARATION

  • Add hash browns and spinach to a microwavable bowl and microwave about 1 min, or until no longer frozen.

  • Stir hash browns and spinach together.

  • Top with egg whites, cheese, seasoning, and sauces.
