Parmesan Crusted Chilean Sea Bass

INGREDIENTS
Sea Bass
2 Chilean sea bass filets (around 1 lb)
1/2 c gluten free breadcrumbs
1/4 c grated parmesan
1 tsp dried cilantro
1 tsp creole seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
coconut spray
1 c fresh broccoli florets
1 c sliced baby potatoes
1 ear fresh corn on cob
extra parmesan & cilantro for topping
PREPARATION
Preheat air fryer to 400 F.
Dry fish with a paper towel and set aside.
Add breadcrumbs, parmesan, cilantro, creole seasoning, and salt to a bowl and mix together.
Drizzle olive oil on fish, then top fish with breadcrumb mixture and let sit for about 5 minutes.
Add potatoes, corn, and broccoli to air fryer while fish is sitting and cook for about 8 minutes.
Take out potatoes, corn, and broccoli.
Add fish to air fryer and cook for about 10 minutes or until internal temperature is around 140 F.
Cut corn off of cob.
Add half of ingredients to plate or meal prep container.
