Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites

Egg bites are one of my favorite breakfast foods to eat, but sometimes buying them already made from places can add on the calories. These egg bites are loaded with protein and you know what is in them, so no worrying about hidden additives or calories!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c liquid egg whites

  • 1/2 c feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 c fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 c roasted red peppers

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

  • coconut spray

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat egg bite cooker according to directions.

  2. Spray each cup with coconut spray.

  3. Mix all ingredients (except Everything But The Bagel Seasoning) in a large bowl.

  4. Pour mixture in cups and cook about 7-10 minutes.

  5. Top with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Enjoy!!
