Roasted Turkey Breakfast Muffin

Breakfast is a hard meal for many people to eat due to lack of time, not liking breakfast foods, or evenly simply lacking recipes. This Roasted Turkey Breakfast Muffin is full of flavor and can be made ahead so you will be sure to eat the most important meal of the day, breakfast. With roasted turkey, cheese, avocado, and a tangy Peri Peri sauce, this breakfast sandwich is not your normal boring english muffin.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices roasted turkey deli meat

  • 1 gluten free english muffin

  • 1/2 avocado, mashed

  • 1 slice cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp Peri Peri Sauce

  • EBTB seasoning

PREPARATION

  1. Toast english muffin in toaster.

  2. While muffin toasts, add turkey slices and cheese to a plate and microwave on high for about 15 seconds.

  3. Take out of microwave and set aside until muffin is toasted.

  4. Once muffin is toasted, add mashed avocado to one side and drizzle with Peri Peri sauce.

  5. Now add turkey and cheese then sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.

  6. Top with other muffin half.
