INGREDIENTS

  • 5 oz grilled salmon

  • 1 c mixed greens salad mix

  • 1/2 c cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 tsp slivered almonds

  • 1 tbsp goat cheese

  • 1/4 tsp dried dill

  • juice from 1/2 lemon

PREPARATION

  • Add salad to bowl or meal prep container.

  • Top with salmon, tomatoes, almonds, goat cheese, and dill.

  • Squeeze lemon juice on top of salad and enjoy!!
