Beets are just as beneficial and have been shown to help lower blood pressure and increase blood flow throughout the body. This smoothie bowl is perfect for an early morning breakfast or late afternoon sweet snack!

INGREDIENTS

Smoothie

  • 1/4 c frozen aloe chunks

  • 1 c frozen raspberries

  • 2 cooked beets

  • 2 scoops collagen powder

  • 1 c unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/4 c frozen riced cauliflower

Toppings

  • blueberries

  • raspberries

  • gogi berries

  • coconut flakes

  • slivered almonds

  • cacao nibs

  • chocolate sea salt granola

PREPARATION

  1. Add smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour smoothie in a bowl.
