Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
Pasta salad is a go to for me for any family get togethers or even if I want a quick family dinner or an easy meal prep that will last all week. This BACON RANCH PASTA SALAD is sure to keep you full and add grilled chicken for extra protein!

INGREDIENTS
PASTA SALAD
1, 16 oz box bowtie pasta noodles
1 c frozen peas
1/2 c red onions, diced
1 c cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp black pepper
RANCH DRESSING
1 ranch packet
1 c avocado mayo
1/2 c greek yogurt or sour cream
1 milk
PREPARATION
Add dressing ingredients to a large mason jar, twist on top, and shake well. Set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Allow pasta to cool. While pasta is cooling, cook bacon and add peas and a splash of water to a bowl and microwave until thawed.
Add pasta to a large bowl.
Toss in peas, onions, tomatoes, parsley, cheese, and pepper.
Pour ranch dressing on top and stir until all combined.
Chop the bacon and add on top.
Store in fridge and eat cold.
