Gingerbread Protein Bites

These bites are a sweet little snack when you are craving a sweet treat but also have some good for you protein!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 c almond flour

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp psyllium

  • 1/4 c unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp brown coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • 1/4 tsp ginger

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp clove

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Form into balls and roll in Christmas sprinkles (if desired).

  3. Keep refrigerated.
