Chicken Breakfast Sausage

Have a hard time eating breakfast in the mornings? These Chicken Breakfast Sausages can be prepped ahead of time and just heated up on the go. I grated 2 hard boiled eggs, for extra protein, and topped with sausages and sugar free ketchup.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb ground organic chicken

  • 1 tsp ground sage

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Form into sausage patties, around 8 or so.

  3. Place patties on an oven safe sheet pan and place in oven.

  4. Bake for around 20 minutes or until sausages reach internal temperature of at least 165 F. Enjoy!
