Holiday Chicken Sausage Hash
This hash is the easiest meal prep ever! Just add a few ingredients and you have a few meals prepped and ready for the week. Chicken sausage is so easy to use and in so many dishes and this one is no exception. Enjoy!!

INGREDIENTS
2 chicken sausages
1 container Holiday Vegetable Hash (Trader Joe's)
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Toss hash on a greased sheet pan.
Dice chicken sausage and add to hash.
Make sure to mix all ingredients.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
Add hash to meal prep containers and sprinkle on parmesan cheese.
