Italian Meatballs

These meatballs are an easy snack on the go or just add to rice or noodles for an easy meal prep. These meatballs are cooked in an Air Fryer and makes them super crispy! If you aren’t air frying your meatballs, you are missing out! Enjoy!

Serves: 15-20

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground chuck

  • 1 c panko bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 c shredded parmesan

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1/2 c milk

  • 1 tsp tomato paste

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Roll mixture into bite-sized meatballs.

  3. Air fry at 375 F for 12 min or until internal temp reaches 165 F.
