Pizza Pasta Bake

I love pizza and pasta but eating those all the time isn’t the best. This Pizza Pasta Bake has the flavors of both and only 11 g CARBS! The Healthy Noodles I used in this recipe are from Costco and are low carb noodles that are actually good. Make this as a meal prep for a few days or as a quick family dinner. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz (2 c Healthy Noodle Kibun brand)

  • 1/2 c sliced red onions

  • 1, 3.8 oz can sliced black olives

  • 1 c chopped pepperoni

  • 4 sun dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  2. Add all ingredients to an oven safe dish.

  3. Stir until combined.

  4. Top with extra cheese.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
