Roasted Fiesta Chickpeas

Roasted chickpeas are a healthy and flavorful on the go snack. These Roasted Fiesta Chickpeas are so good you may want to eat them all at once! Just add seasoning and roast in the oven for a quick and yummy healthy snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp low sodium taco seasoning

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  2. Drain, rinse, and pat chickpeas dry.

  3. Add to an oven safe sheet pan.

  4. Drizzle on olive oil and sprinkle on seasoning.

  5. Stir until combined.

  6. Cook in oven around 10-12 minutes or until chickpeas are crispy.
