Spaghetti Squash Bake
Spaghetti squash is a great alternative to pasta and is super healthy! It contains a good amount of fiber and also calcium, potassium, magnesium, and niacin. You don't have to feel guilty about eating this yummy dish and it yields around 10 servings which is perfect for meal preps.

INGREDIENTS
3/4 jar Newman’s Own Marinara
1 zucchini, grated (make sure to squeeze it in a towel to remove excess liquid)
1/2 c feta
1 c colby jack, grated
1 c parmesan, grated
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
SQUASH
2 spaghetti squash
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Cut squash in half, brush olive oil on each, sprinkle with salt.
3. Bake in oven for 45 min on 425 F.
4. Let cool and use a fork to scrape out inside of squash.
5. Place in a large mixing bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl with squash.
6. Pour in a large, sprayed baking dish and top with extra cheese.
7. Bake in oven at 350 F for 30 minutes.
